Moving overseas and leaving a property in the hands of a letting agency can be a stressful experience but I have been using Rogers & Partners to manage my properties for over 10 yrs now and they make everything go so smoothly. Nothing is ever too much trouble or too stupid a question. Being overseas I can't be as hands on as I'd like when it come to choosing new or replacement things from a curtain pole to a new fridge freezer but they do it all and keep in contact all the way. About 4 yrs ago a member of staff even went and looked over a property I was looking to buy and gave me his expert opinion on it's letting potential. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone
