• Moving overseas and leaving a property in the hands of a letting agency can be a stressful experience but I have been using Rogers & Partners to manage my properties for over 10 yrs now and they make everything go so smoothly. Nothing is ever too much trouble or too stupid a question. Being overseas I can't be as hands on as I'd like when it come to choosing new or replacement things from a curtain pole to a new fridge freezer but they do it all and keep in contact all the way. • I have had the pleasure of working with Rogers and Partners Birmingham Office for seven years almost, and they have been fantastic in managing my properties as well as protecting me as a Landlord. Their attention to detail in all areas is second to none. They are a small team, headed by Kevin Rogers, and this allows them to build good relationships with Landlords and tenants alike. I was a complete novice to this business and have been on a tremendous learning curve and they have been with me every step of the way.
